New York State is looking at making changes to the processes pertaining to Workers Compensation IMEs and the Workers Compensation Board has formed a committee to discuss possible changes. They have been meeting monthly since the beginning of the year, with the goal of coming up with a final document by the end of the year which the committee will then present to Governor Cuomo.
